Greet and welcome customers in an friendly manner
Be knowledgeable of the food & beverage menusÂ
Prepare outlet for service – mis-en-place, top up of ingredients and other preparatory tasksÂ
Provide customer service, prepare drinks order and be able to give good recommendations
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
Any other ad-hoc duties
